Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items such as personal care products, intimate goods, and clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please check individual product pages for details.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the item you wish to return and click on “Request Return.”
- Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
